Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- ability to lead a team and motivate others
- excellent guest service and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- capable of standing and walking for long periods
- basic computer literacy
- strong organizational skills
- ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure guests are delighted thus inspiring loyalty and repeat business
- model hospitality skills and behaviors by conducting 100% table visits of guests in the restaurant
- effectively handle guest complaints resulting in delighted guests
- build positive, professional relationships with members of the community
- execute all company specified training and development and incentive programs
- lead shift meetings, build camaraderie and solicit feedback
- handle shift-by-shift coaching and performance counseling of team members
- create, implement and execute the department staff plan and ensure proper staffing levels
- oversee human resource management functions ensuring 100% compliance with employment laws and company policies
- provide performance feedback and recognition to department team members
- maintain an open door policy with team members
- adhere to standardized recipes 100% of the time
- ensure the correct food ordered gets to the correct table 100% of the time
- utilize all compliance systems and manager tools with 100% integrity
- conduct administrative manager functions and complete end of day transactions by 3am
- maintain high cleanliness standards and enforce daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
- ensure adherence to ServSafe Alcohol, Food and HACCP standards
- assist in rollout of new company programs, policies and procedures
- ensure PCI compliance for all credit card transaction documents
- unload trucks, pallets, and cases of food and beverage and store in assigned locations
- manage shifts to achieve sales and profit goals including hourly labor and cost of sales
- ensure team meets or exceeds cost of sales actual vs. legitimate target
