Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' current experience in casual restaurant industry
  • Previous deli or food service management experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain State-approved license
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards
  • Positive and friendly attitude towards guests
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet physical demands of restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in casual restaurant management
  • Previous management experience in deli or food service preferred
  • Experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
  • Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain and maintain State-approved license
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including safety, quality, and compliance
  • Lead daily decision-making and staff scheduling
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and service
  • Guide, develop, and motivate team members
  • Control costs and manage budgets effectively
  • Implement operational improvements to enhance guest experience and profitability
  • Protect company assets while delivering exceptional customer service
