Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years current experience in the casual restaurant industry
- Previous experience in deli or food service management preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain a state-approved license and maintain it
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and uniform standards
- Positive and friendly attitude towards guests
- Ability to withstand physical demands of restaurant work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years current experience in casual restaurant industry
- Previous deli or food service management experience preferred
- Experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
- Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain and maintain state-approved license
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and customer service skills

- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure safety and quality
- Lead daily decision-making and scheduling for optimal efficiency
