Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years current experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • Previous experience in deli or food service management preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain a state-approved license and maintain it
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a well-groomed appearance and uniform standards
  • Positive and friendly attitude towards guests
  • Ability to withstand physical demands of restaurant work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years current experience in casual restaurant industry
  • Previous deli or food service management experience preferred
  • Experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
  • Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain and maintain state-approved license
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure safety and quality
  • Lead daily decision-making and scheduling for optimal efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service
  • Guide and develop team members to foster growth and motivation
  • Control operational costs and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences with genuine hospitality
