Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant including food production guest service and experience and direct crew and manager work
- Plan for success by proactively leading and managing all people processes including recruiting hiring and onboarding staffing and performance management
- Train coach and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence
- Be in the know by planning for and making critical business decisions around inventory budget and food ordering costs
- Take action first by ensuring food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards of excellence
- Inspire and empower by maintaining high level of standard for guest and employee safety
- Be results oriented by overseeing all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
