Job Duties
- manage all restaurant operations and ensure compliance with brand standards
- lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
- oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor management
- ensure food safety and quality control
- manage financial performance including budgeting and p&l responsibility
- deliver exceptional guest experience consistently
- implement health and safety regulations
- conduct regular performance reviews and coaching
