Job Duties

  • manage all restaurant operations and ensure compliance with brand standards
  • lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor management
  • ensure food safety and quality control
  • manage financial performance including budgeting and p&l responsibility
  • deliver exceptional guest experience consistently
  • implement health and safety regulations
  • conduct regular performance reviews and coaching
