Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- certification as a general manager
- experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational skills
- ability to meet physical demands of restaurant environment
- excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure restaurant meets McDonald’s customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
- create and execute plans to achieve goals
- lead a team of Department Managers
- set goals with Department Managers and follow up on progress
- coach and direct Department Managers to improve their departments
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build leadership team
