Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
prior management experience running busy locations
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong organizational skills
leadership capabilities

Job Qualifications

Previous General Manager experience in high volume locations
background in quick service restaurants preferred
experience in hospitality or retail considered
strong leadership and coaching skills
ability to set and achieve goals collaboratively
effective team management abilities
excellent communication skills

Job Duties

Run a profitable restaurant
ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
create and execute plans to achieve goals
lead and coach Department Managers
follow up on Department Managers’ progress
hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
support overall restaurant improvement through department enhancements
