- minimum age of 18 years
- experience managing high volume retail or restaurant locations
- ability to lead a team and manage multiple departments
- strong organizational and communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours
- capability to meet McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to set and achieve operational goals
- excellent communication and coaching abilities

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- collaborate with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- lead and coach a team of Department Managers
- monitor department progress and provide direction
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- improve overall restaurant operations through department enhancement
