Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have previous general manager experience in high volume restaurant or related field
  • Possess strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
  • Demonstrate knowledge of quick service restaurant operational standards
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be capable of managing multiple departments and delegating tasks effectively
  • Commit to upholding high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager running high volume restaurant locations
  • Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to set strategic goals and achieve results
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
  • 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work collaboratively with Supervisors to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • Lead and develop a team of Department Managers to meet operational objectives
  • Provide coaching, direction, and support to improve departmental performance
  • Manage hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to ensure strong leadership
  • Monitor and follow up on department goals and progress regularly
  • Ensure excellent guest experiences through effective team leadership and operational management
