Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of college preferred
  • minimum four years of excellent leadership performance in a Burger King restaurant or comparable setting
  • proficiency in English language for speech clarity and comprehension
  • strong math skills
  • Windows-based computer literacy
  • completion or willingness to complete required Burger King certification trainings within prescribed timelines
  • ability to work long or irregular hours including extra shifts
  • experience supervising and coaching a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • four years of leadership experience in Burger King or similar fast-food or retail environment
  • strong leadership and development skills
  • proficiency in English for clear communication

  • completion or willingness to complete internal certification programs including GURU Certified, Foundations Training Certified, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment Training, and HR Compliance Training
