Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years of college preferred
- minimum four years of excellent leadership performance in a Burger King restaurant or comparable setting
- proficiency in English language for speech clarity and comprehension
- strong math skills
- Windows-based computer literacy
- completion or willingness to complete required Burger King certification trainings within prescribed timelines
- ability to work long or irregular hours including extra shifts
- experience supervising and coaching a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
