Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within food service
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Proven leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong coaching and training skills
  • Ability to manage and inspire a team of 20-50 employees
  • Knowledge of food service operations and standards

  • Familiarity with Federal, State and local regulatory requirements

Job Duties

  • Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
  • Ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
  • Develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
  • Champion Wendy's operating systems
  • Lead and direct daily activities of 20-50 employees
  • Follow Federal, State and local laws
  • Serve as a hands on coach and effective trainer
