Job Requirements

  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail desired
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant while ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • Lead and manage a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities
  • Provide coaching, direction, and support to improve department performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Monitor progress and follow up on department goals
  • Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
