Job Requirements

- 3+ years of hotel management experience

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during hotel inspections and guest interactions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Frequent bending, reaching, and handling office equipment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment with changing demands
Job Qualifications

- Prepare annual capital, cash flow, and sales and marketing plans to accurately forecast budgets and drive revenue
- Utilize financial data to maximize profitability and return on investment

- Oversee capital plans and asset management initiatives, ensuring the property maintains its competitive position
- Develop team member engagement programs aligned with brand service behaviors
- Implement and monitor succession planning to ensure strong future leadership
- Set performance goals, provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to enhance team performance
