Job Requirements

  • Three years experience as a restaurant general manager in quick service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operation
  • proven background in achieving operational benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
  • strong leadership and team mentoring abilities
  • ability to motivate and develop team members
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • commitment to upholding company values and culture

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years experience as a general manager in a quick service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operation
  • strong knowledge of restaurant operations including food safety, labor management, and service quality
  • demonstrated leadership and team development skills
  • ability to manage financial and operational responsibilities effectively
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant operations ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service
  • mentor and develop team members to maximize performance and growth
  • manage financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis
  • enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • motivate staff to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • oversee drive-thru operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
