This job opportunity is with a restaurant franchise independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products. While the restaurant is closely associated with McDonald’s branding, it is important to note that this franchisee operates as a separate business entity from McDonald’s USA and is solely responsible for all employment decisions and matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, and scheduling of employees. Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- prior general manager experience
- ability to lead a diverse team

Job Qualifications
- minimum three years of General Manager experience
- experience running high volume locations preferred
- background in quick service restaurants desired
- experience in hospitality or retail acceptable
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and organizational abilities
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach a team of Department Managers
- assist Department Managers in setting their goals and track their progress
- provide direction and coaching to improve department performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
