Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' current experience in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred associate's or bachelor's degree
- Preferred current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

- Direct the operation of the restaurant to ensure a positive guest experience and company profitability
- Attain sales and profit objectives through effective management
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
- Direct and supervise managers and team members to achieve operational goals
- Foster a positive work environment and support team member development
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle administrative tasks related to restaurant operations and human resources
