Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' current experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred associate's or bachelor's degree
  • Preferred current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

  • Direct and supervise managers and team members to achieve operational goals
  • Foster a positive work environment and support team member development
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
  • Handle administrative tasks related to restaurant operations and human resources
