Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • previous experience in a general manager role preferred
  • strong leadership and management abilities
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • commitment to customer service and quality
  • availability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail is desirable
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to coach and motivate staff
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leaders to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and support Department Managers to set goals and improve their departments
  • provide coaching and direction to Department Managers
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • oversee daily restaurant operations
