Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous experience in a general manager role preferred
- strong leadership and management abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- commitment to customer service and quality
- availability to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail is desirable
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to coach and motivate staff
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- 18 years or older
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leaders to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and support Department Managers to set goals and improve their departments
- provide coaching and direction to Department Managers
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- oversee daily restaurant operations
