Job Requirements
- Must have three to five years supervisory or management experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry
- demonstrated financial management and leadership proficiency
- knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations
- awareness of food safety, employment laws, on-boarding and exit protocols
- proficiency in computer and POS systems, and software platforms
- ability to perform all service roles in the restaurant
- ability to work a minimum of 55 hours per week as needed
- possession of Food Safety Manager certification
- sound organizational and communication skills
Job Qualifications

- familiarity with restaurant and food safety procedures

Job Duties
- Develops and implements sales-building strategies with the Corporate Office
- assists in sales projections and budget preparation
- meets or exceeds budgeted sales
- controls expenses within budget guidelines
- identifies and resolves labor efficiency problems
- monitors management and employee schedules
- supports local marketing and merchandising opportunities
- ensures compliance with operations and quality standards
- conducts frequent restaurant visitations for quality assurance
- maintains assessment reports and implements action plans
- enforces cleanliness and uniform standards
- manages staff schedules and coverage
- coordinates with culinary and corporate leadership on menu and catering
- addresses customer issues promptly
- monitors employee and guest satisfaction
- provides direction to Assistant General Manager and staff
- builds community partnerships and promotes corporate citizenship
- achieves certification in Franchise Training Standards
- supports franchise training and new openings
- proficiently uses Learning Management Platforms
- manages staffing, training, retention, and turnover
- collaborates with HR on staffing and development plans
- conducts interviews and exit processes
- leads training for managers and staff
- identifies operational problems and develops solutions
- promotes people development through coaching and performance reviews
- documents performance and manages employee relations
- enforces company policies and safety protocols
- monitors compliance with audits and regulations
- completes financial reports and payroll accurately
- responds to communications promptly
- encourages team involvement in brand activities
- analyzes data to achieve operating goals
- manages controllable costs
- implements company initiatives and marketing
- develops employees and promotes core values
- ensures compliance with regulations and company standards
- maintains cash control and inventory
