This job posting is for a General Manager position at a restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald's USA. Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- Lead a team of Department Managers and support them in goal setting and performance improvement
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Provide coaching and direction to improve department performance
- Maintain a positive and efficient work environment
