Job Description

This job posting is for a General Manager position at a restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald's USA. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant
  • Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • Lead a team of Department Managers and support them in goal setting and performance improvement
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Provide coaching and direction to improve department performance
  • Maintain a positive and efficient work environment
