Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in landscaping or related industry
- familiarity with budgeting and accounting principles
- knowledge of federal and state safety regulations
- ability to train and supervise employees
- excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in budget management and financial oversight
- experience in client relationship management
- demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
- knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA compliance
- ability to develop recruiting strategies and conduct training
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- experience in maintaining safety programs and hazardous communication protocols
Job Duties
- Responsible for all budgets including labor, material, and administration
- manage account receivables
- review monthly reports and understand the profit and loss statements
- understand cash flow
- establish and maintain a client contact log
- maintain client survey program
- act as primary client contact person
- establish maintenance and enhancement budgets with clients
- participate in local client driven activities
- develop and implement recruiting strategy
- perform supervisory training for key employees
- coordinate and communicate concerns between field and office
- responsible for crew morale and develop morale boosters
- ensure compliance with all safety programs
- act as or supervise branch Safety Officer
- monitor local, state and federal safety laws including OSHA
- manage Hazcom program and MSDS sheets for shop and vehicle requirements
