Job Requirements

  • eligible to work in the United States
  • ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Job Qualifications

  • college degree or two years of hotel experience
  • 3 to 5 years of hotel general manager experience
  • Hilton and Marriott experience highly preferred
  • experience with Guest Satisfaction Survey improvement highly preferred
  • proven ability to drive sales and revenue for a hotel
  • strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • oversee all aspects of hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • manage staff, budgets, and overall hotel profitability and reputation
  • report to the Corporate Director of Operations
  • drive sales and revenue for the hotel
  • implement strategies to improve Guest Satisfaction Survey (GSS) scores
  • lead and engage the hotel team to maintain a positive work environment
  • monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and industry regulations
