Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or two years of hotel experience
  • 3 to 5 years of hotel general manager experience
  • Experience with Hilton and Marriott brands highly preferred
  • Proven ability to improve Guest Satisfaction Scores (GSS)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to drive sales and revenue for the hotel

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage staff, budgets, and overall profitability of the properties
  • Implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and improve Guest Satisfaction Scores (GSS)
  • Coordinate with departments to optimize operational efficiency
  • Report to the Corporate Director of Operations
  • Foster a positive work environment and engage team members
