  • Serv-Safe or local/state food service certification preferred
  • Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including, but not limited to, dough management, accuracy and proper portioning
  • Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products, follows all product preparation procedures and maintains established holding times
  • Commits to meeting customer needs and expectations, minimizes customer complaints and responds appropriately
  • Follows all policies and procedures as outlined in the TM handbook including image, attendance, safety and security
  • Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides immediate feedback to correct problems
  • Maintains product quality, customer service, and performance responsibilities including food/labor costs and restaurant cleanliness
  • Contributes to profit goals by utilizing the FOCUS System, executes cash management duties, and assists in inventory management
