Job Duties
- Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including, but not limited to, dough management, accuracy and proper portioning
- Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products, follows all product preparation procedures and maintains established holding times
- Commits to meeting customer needs and expectations, minimizes customer complaints and responds appropriately
- Follows all policies and procedures as outlined in the TM handbook including image, attendance, safety and security
- Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides immediate feedback to correct problems
- Maintains product quality, customer service, and performance responsibilities including food/labor costs and restaurant cleanliness
- Contributes to profit goals by utilizing the FOCUS System, executes cash management duties, and assists in inventory management
