Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of management experience in the restaurant entertainment or hospitality industry
- associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- demonstrated leadership abilities as evaluated by current General Manager Area Director and Vice President
- business acumen to operate successfully a high-volume business
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 12 hours
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Duties
- manages restaurant environment including ensuring prompt friendly service and maintaining company standards
- breeds a culture using the vision and mission statement to guide teamwork results integrity and passion for service fun balance innovation and being guest driven
- ensures immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints and refers complaints to Area Director
- ensures guest contact priority with a target goal of 100 percent table visitation
- teaches and enforces alcohol awareness and builds positive relationships with local authorities
- maintains adequate inventory levels
- ensures product preparation and presentation meet company standards
- participates in community events to increase sales and brand awareness
- implements incentive contests and educates associates on promotions and menu offerings
- oversees and schedules staff to meet sales demands
- maintains safety and security programs
- promotes organization cleanliness and sanitation
- institutes preventative maintenance and corrects repairs
- advises Area Director of non-routine situations
- communicates daily with other managers
- complies with all labor laws regarding breaks and work hours
- completes all other assigned duties
- manages associate performance including recruitment training evaluations and disciplinary actions
- ensures compliance with company policies and conducts meetings
- maintains restaurant administrative and accounting controls
- manages assets and service contracts
- ensures compliance with laws and budgets
- prepares and submits required paperwork
- inspires cooperation and teamwork
- promotes guest focus
- demonstrates strong organizational skills
- develops goals for personal and professional growth
- acts as a role model and subject matter expert on store technology
