Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Inspire and support team members to provide best service to customers
- Generate weekly schedules to ensure adequate restaurant capacity
- Maintain a positive family culture through coaching, discipline, and hiring
- Oversee routine ordering and inventory practices
- Ensure cleanliness and safety using maintenance and food safety guidelines
- Adapt to support team abilities and knowledge
- Resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns calmly
- Execute marketing plans timely and accurately
- Review profit and loss statements and work towards goals
- Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
- Foster a fun and enjoyable work environment
