Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment, or hospitality industry
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Successfully demonstrated leadership abilities as evaluated by current General Manager, Area Director, and Vice President
  • Business acumen to operate successfully a high-volume business
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • Kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of management experience in restaurant, entertainment, or hospitality
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership ability as evaluated by management
  • Business acumen for operating a high-volume restaurant
  • Responsible alcohol and food safety certifications
  • Current alcohol and food certifications for kitchen managers
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to coach and develop associates effectively

Job Duties

  • Manages restaurant environment including guest service, inventory, and cleanliness
  • Addresses and resolves guest complaints promptly
  • Leads and trains staff, coordinates scheduling and staffing
  • Conducts performance evaluations and enforces company policies
  • Oversees business controls, cash handling, and financial reporting
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
  • Promotes team culture through meetings, coaching, and community engagement
