Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years as a General Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a full-service or fast-paced restaurant
- valid driver's license
- must be at least 21 years old
- strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- excellent communication and guest service abilities
- solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and P&L management
- proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office tools
- self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- able to stand, walk, bend, and move at a rapid pace for extended periods
- able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot/cold environments
- must be able to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
