Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant management or similar supervisory role
- ability to work long shifts on feet
- physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- ensure the restaurant is compliant with local, state and federal regulations including health, labor and safety laws
- enforce adherence to Firehouse Subs policies and procedures
- provide leadership to maintain superior guest service, quality, cleanliness and a positive work environment
- manage profitability by controlling food costs, labor, utilities and sales growth
- implement company initiatives and operational plans
- recruit, train and develop qualified staff including assistant and shift managers
- participate in local marketing to increase restaurant visibility
- promote public safety foundation initiatives
- complete all required programs and reports accurately and on schedule
- maintain restaurant equipment and report issues promptly
- represent the brand professionally in all interactions
- communicate business impacting issues to owner or general manager
- perform physical tasks such as standing for long hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
- perform any other duties assigned by owner
