Job Requirements
- Desire to grow and succeed in personal and professional development
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and prepare sandwiches
- Drive, determination, punctuality and responsibility in working scheduled shifts
- Adequate driving record including valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Background check completed satisfactorily and be at least 18 years old
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education
- Strong people-oriented relationship skills
- Ability to work independently and with a variety of personalities
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Experience in coaching and disciplinary measures
- Knowledge of food safety and restaurant maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Job Duties
- Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers
- Generate weekly schedules to ensure adequate restaurant capacity
- Maintain an inviting and positive family culture for employees and customers using coaching and disciplinary measures
- Oversee and participate in routine ordering and inventory practices to maintain product levels
- Ensure the restaurant is clean and safe by following maintenance and food safety guidelines
- Adapt to various situations to support team members in meeting customer needs
- Resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns calmly
- Execute marketing plans accurately to build repeat customer visits
- Review profit and loss statements and progress toward goals with the District Manager
- Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
- Have fun and foster an enjoyable workplace environment
