Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
  • Knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Motivate and lead a team to achieve common goals
  • Recruit, select, develop, and retain crew, maintenance, and management staff
  • Develop and execute local marketing plans to maximize sales
  • Manage food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards daily
  • Control and manage the store budget including food and labor costs
  • Schedule shifts effectively to build business throughout all day parts
  • Conduct performance appraisals and lead training and development programs
