Job Requirements

- At least 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team

Job Duties
- Motivate and lead a team to achieve common goals
- Recruit, select, develop, and retain crew, maintenance, and management staff
- Develop and execute local marketing plans to maximize sales
- Manage food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards daily
- Control and manage the store budget including food and labor costs
- Schedule shifts effectively to build business throughout all day parts
- Conduct performance appraisals and lead training and development programs
