Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facility operations and management
- experience in hospitality industry preferred
- strong leadership and decision-making skills

Job Duties
- Hire, train, and provide mentorship to staff
- cultivate a team environment for exceptional customer service
- implement and execute all staff training programs
- assist in selecting and developing Area Leads and Certified Trainers
- lead and motivate managerial staff
- ensure execution of employee recognition and incentive programs
- maintain a strong community presence through partnerships
- maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment
- oversee operation including entertainment, food, beverage, attractions, and property
- improve operational execution through standards adherence
- provide direction to management and ensure high staff performance
- promote positive employee relations and delegate managerial duties
- assist franchise owners in accountability for departmental goals
- monitor online reviews to enhance guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales
- maintain inventory control and ordering systems
- assure appropriate staffing levels
- analyze financial reports to grow revenue and control expenses
