Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- some college or degree preferred
- 1 - 2 years general manager experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk extensively
- ability to communicate clearly
- ability to see at different distances and utilize peripheral vision
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry trays
- ability to work irregular hours under pressure

- ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic

Job Duties
- Manage operations of assigned restaurant
- achieve planned sales and profit levels
- implement and enforce company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards
- deliver an exceptional guest experience
- provide a great working environment for staff
- directly supervise unit management and indirectly supervise non-exempt employees
- ensure execution of employee duties for guest satisfaction
- plan and analyze manpower
- develop and train all employees including management
- assist all restaurant functions when necessary
- ensure menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented according to standards
- maintain compliance with productivity and service standards
- manage facility and equipment maintenance and safety
- maintain proper inventory levels for food and non-food items
- anticipate and correct system breakdowns
- manage financial data including payroll, cash, receipts, food costs, and operating expenses
- attend regional meetings and make presentations as required
