Job Duties
- Manage all restaurant functions including quality assurance, customer service, and profitability
- respond professionally and promptly to customer concerns
- solicit and utilize customer feedback to improve operations
- recruit, train, and maintain adequate staffing levels
- enforce uniform and appearance standards
- conduct performance reviews and take disciplinary action as needed
- foster a customer-focused team culture
- manage sales goals and drive check averages through team training
- execute local marketing strategies and build community presence
- control costs including food, labor, and other expenses to stay within budget
- utilize company systems for inventory and financial management
- oversee administrative and cash handling duties
- ensure restaurant cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety standards
