Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management

  • Manage guest experience and promptly address issues
  • Develop action plans based on guest feedback and problem solving
  • Engage with the community for local marketing initiatives
  • Lead recruitment and selection of restaurant staff
  • On-board and train new team members through certification
  • Implement recognition programs to inspire staff
