- Review and analyze key P&L lines to boost profitability

- Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations
- Manage guest experience and promptly address issues
- Develop action plans based on guest feedback and problem solving
- Engage with the community for local marketing initiatives
- Lead recruitment and selection of restaurant staff
- On-board and train new team members through certification
- Implement recognition programs to inspire staff
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve team capabilities
