- experience managing operations within major hotel brands such as Choice, IHG, or Marriott
- experience with budgeting, financial management, or project management
Job Duties
- Execute full property oversight
- drive financial results including P&L management and budget control
- lead and coach the hotel team to a high-performance standard
- ensure the highest standards of customer service and brand compliance
- conduct daily inspection of all vacant rooms
- complete and submit weekly reports
- participate in all corporate calls to maintain alignment with company goals
