Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 5 years experience in hotel management
- strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to work under pressure and make decisive decisions
- knowledge of brand standards and operational SOPs
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Proven experience as a hotel general manager or strong AGM ready for the next step
- deep understanding of hotel operations and financial performance

Job Duties
- Lead daily hotel operations with a hands-on, people-first approach
- drive guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and repeat business
- own the P&L, budgets, forecasts, and profitability strategy
- build, coach, and inspire department leaders and frontline teams
- ensure brand standards, SOPs, and safety compliance are met
- partner with sales, revenue, and corporate teams to drive performance
- be visible on the floor, with guests, and with your team
