Job Requirements

  • Completed high school diploma or equivalent education
  • Minimum of 3 years overall management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Teams, and point of sale systems
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 20 pounds
  • Ability to communicate and interact frequently in loud, busy indoor environments
  • Ability to remain stationary and move around park for extended periods
  • Results-driven and organized
  • Reliable and detail-oriented

Job Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Completed high school diploma or equivalent education
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in high customer volume industries such as entertainment, fitness, retail, or restaurant
  • At least 2 years of sales experience preferably in membership sales
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Teams, and point of sale systems
  • Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed company KPIs
  • Skilled in leveraging Profit & Loss reports for business goal management
  • Results-driven, reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Be a hands-on leader and role model able to support the team by executing any park position as needed
  • Develop Assistant General Managers and Team Leads to become excellent people leaders, operation experts, and business savvy
  • Create a positive park culture by recognizing accomplishments and learning what motivates team members
  • Own and oversee all phases of employment including hiring, training, monitoring growth and progress and manage discipline and termination as necessary
  • Be an effective park liaison through consistent communication across all departments and the corporate team
  • Provide memorable moments for customers by being proactive, responsive, and engaged during their park experience
  • Resolve customer service issues with effective listening, discussion, and follow-up
  • Manage park operations and expenses according to Profit & Loss statements, oversee purchases and inventory, renegotiate terms as necessary
  • Drive achievement of park revenue goals including membership sales, birthday parties, and special events
  • Work collaboratively with marketing to develop and coordinate park promotions and marketing strategies
  • Train employees on their contribution to park revenue goals and key performance metrics
  • Develop Front Desk Agents to execute successful sales processes and strategies
  • Cultivate positive community relationships and encourage creative business ideas
  • Oversee and evaluate departmental efficiency and effectiveness, implement processes accordingly
  • Ensure team members are trained on safety procedures and comply with company and OSHA standards
  • Monitor park attractions and equipment daily to ensure safety and operational readiness
  • Complete maintenance reports and close attractions if necessary
  • Adjust staffing levels to meet safety requirements
  • Complete inventory reports for facilities, parties, food and beverage, and vending
