Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of college or equivalent preferred
  • minimum four years of leadership experience in BURGER KING restaurant or comparable industry
  • proficiency in English for clear speech and comprehension
  • strong math and Windows-based computer skills
  • completed or willing to complete internal certification training such as GURU Certified, Foundations Training Certified, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment Training, and HR Compliance Training
  • ability to work long and irregular hours including extra shifts
  • leadership skills to supervise 10-60 employees
  • commitment to maintaining operational and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of college preferred
  • minimum of four years of leadership experience in a BURGER KING restaurant or comparable fast-food/retail/hospitality environment
  • demonstrated leadership and development skills
  • proficiency in English communication
  • strong math and computer literacy
  • completion or willingness to complete BKC internal certifications such as GURU, Foundations Training, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment Training, and HR Compliance Training
  • ability to lead and coach team members
  • experience managing profit and loss
  • knowledge of employment laws and food safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Leads operations excellence by directing efficient product preparation and preventive maintenance
  • motivates team to exceed customer expectations with food and friendly service
  • provides coaching and feedback to management and crew to develop talent and ensure high performance
  • manages restaurant profit and loss through marketing, labor, and inventory control
  • enforces compliance with government regulations, food safety, and BKC policies
  • resolves operational challenges by involving management team
  • implements local marketing strategies to promote community involvement
  • maintains restaurant safety and sanitation standards
  • coordinates scheduling to optimize labor and operational efficiency
  • leads restaurant audits and drives continuous improvement
