Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 7 years’ experience working in logistics, distribution or a relevant environment
- 5 years’ experience in a leadership role in logistics, distribution or supply chain environment in operations management capacity
- Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated proficiency in knowledge of applicable WMS systems
- English (reading, writing, verbal)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and timely task completion
- Good organizational and personnel skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good leadership, supervision, and planning skills
- Advanced level expertise required in accounting and financial mathematical applications
- Motivates self and others to accomplish objectives despite complex environment
- Must be able to effectively adapt to change and thrive in fast-paced work environment
- Ability to develop effective relationships, provide leadership, and integrate diverse organizations and individuals toward unifying objectives
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- 5 years’ leadership experience in logistics, distribution or supply chain operations management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of WMS systems

- Advanced expertise in accounting and financial applications

Job Duties
- Ensure systems and procedures are in place for safe and profitable operations
- Lead operations to meet productivity and service goals
- Drive continuous improvement and LEAN practices
- Develop and maintain productive business relations with vendors and partners
- Set standards and manage controls to meet performance and cost targets
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets
- Manage safety and security of operations
- Develop team to achieve company and client objectives
- Support mentoring, succession planning and management development
- Communicate mission, vision, and core values to motivate staff
- Proactively plan for automation and technology needs
- Act as site-level champion of client relationship management
- Lead business reviews with clients
- Participate in marketing and sales efforts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and federal, state regulations
- Manage sanitation, maintenance, security, and equipment programs
- Audit warehouse for safety and quality compliance
- Work overtime as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Manage operations managers
