Job Requirements
- Experience in hospitality industry
- Minimum 3 years experience in facility operations and management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to manage financial budgets and analyze reports
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

- Experience in hospitality such as Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, or Restaurants
- 3+ years experience in Facility Operations and Management
- Demonstrated ability in developing team members

- Professional, energetic, self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Professional grooming and conduct
- Adaptability, flexibility, and enthusiasm

- Ability to establish working relationships with all employees and vendors

Job Duties
- Hire, train, and provide mentorship to staff
- Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service
- Implement and execute all staff training programs
- Assist in selecting and developing Area Leads and Certified Trainers
- Lead and influence managerial staff through effective motivation
- Ensure execution of all employee recognition and incentive programs
- Maintain a strong community presence through partnerships
- Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment
- Responsible for all aspects of operation including entertainment, food, beverage, attractions, and property
- Continuously improve operational execution through attention to detail
- Provide direction to the management team
- Promote positive employee relations and delegate managerial duties
- Assist franchise owners in holding managers accountable
- Monitor online reviews for guest experience
- Capitalize business opportunities by executing marketing strategies
- Maintain inventory control systems
- Manage staffing levels and labor budget
- Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to meet budgets
