Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- minimum of 5 years of relevant and extensive retail management experience preferred
- proficient skill level with Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel
- Kronos and iCIMS knowledge is a plus
- ability to perform prolonged walking and/or standing for 8-12 continuous hours
- frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, balancing, pushing, pulling and lifting products or materials weighing 40 lbs or more
- must have extensive management experience and possess excellent organization, administration and communication skills

Job Duties
- administer operational system that promotes ongoing maintenance to the entire store asset
- foster a workplace that results in the development of a high performing team
- recruit, develop, and inspire a highly effective team of retail associates
- manage product offerings
- support frontline employees during high traffic on various POS and transaction devices
- onboard and train new employees to prescribed staff levels up to 250 employees
- administer employee performance management throughout employee life cycle
- control labor and overtime
- enforce company policies and procedures
- implement inventory control
- deliver clean, friendly, and in-stock to a pronounced level
- provide guidance through observing, mentoring, and coaching staff
- must be role model and leader
- must solve problems, make informed decisions, and manage the workforce and time wisely in order to achieve maximum results
- ensure that all staff are meeting execution of daily tasks and operational goals
- perform other duties as required and/or assigned
- ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
