Job Requirements

  • Food Handlers Permit where required
  • TABC or ABC certification as required
  • ServSafe Manager certification preferred
  • minimum of 10 years in restaurant management
  • at least 5 years as General Manager
  • ability to handle physical demands of job
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • strong problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Develop monthly P and L projections
  • develop subordinate managers by establishing quarterly goals
  • responsibility for all aspects of restaurant operations
  • provide constructive feedback on company direction and decisions of upper management
  • maintain effective staffing levels through employee retention and recruitment
  • identify performance problems and implement corrective plans
  • ensure high quality of operations adhering to company standards including preparation, service, health, safety, and sanitation
  • handle all guest complaints and crisis situations effectively
  • actively participate in the community to increase sales and enhance restaurant awareness
