- ServSafe Manager certification preferred

Job Duties
- Develop monthly P and L projections
- develop subordinate managers by establishing quarterly goals
- responsibility for all aspects of restaurant operations
- provide constructive feedback on company direction and decisions of upper management
- maintain effective staffing levels through employee retention and recruitment
- identify performance problems and implement corrective plans
- ensure high quality of operations adhering to company standards including preparation, service, health, safety, and sanitation
- handle all guest complaints and crisis situations effectively
- actively participate in the community to increase sales and enhance restaurant awareness
