Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum four years of leadership and development experience in a Burger King restaurant or similar environment
- English language proficiency for clear speech and comprehension
- strong math skills and computer literacy
- willingness to complete internal certification training programs
- ability to work long or irregular hours including extra shifts as needed
- demonstrated ability to manage financial, operational, and personnel functions
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years of college preferred
- four years of demonstrated leadership and excellent performance in a Burger King restaurant or comparable fast-food or retail environment
- proficient English language skills
- strong math and Windows-based computer literacy
- completion or willingness to complete internal certification training programs including GURU Certified, Foundations Training, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment Training, and HR Compliance Training
Job Duties
- Leads operations excellence by directing efficient preparation and sale of products and maintenance of facilities
- motivates and directs team to exceed customer expectations with food and friendly service
- coaches and develops crew and management team to build talent and retain effective staff
- manages restaurant profit and loss by implementing marketing strategies and controlling labor and inventory
- ensures compliance with government regulations, food safety, security policies, and company standards
- resolves operational challenges to improve service speed and quality
- oversees restaurant audits and maintains safety and sanitation standards
