Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Ability to work on feet for up to 13 hours
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with ownership and staff

- Prior management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment

Job Duties
- Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Enforce adherence to all Firehouse Subs policies and procedures
- Lead the restaurant team to meet superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness standards
- Manage profitability by controlling food cost, labor, controllable expenses, utilities, and sales growth
- Coordinate and implement operations game plans and company initiatives
- Hire, train, and develop qualified personnel including Assistant Manager and Shift Managers
- Participate in local restaurant marketing and promote Public Safety Foundation initiatives
