Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work on feet for up to 13 hours
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with ownership and staff

  • Prior management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment

  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations applicable to restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Enforce adherence to all Firehouse Subs policies and procedures
  • Lead the restaurant team to meet superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness standards
  • Manage profitability by controlling food cost, labor, controllable expenses, utilities, and sales growth
  • Coordinate and implement operations game plans and company initiatives
  • Hire, train, and develop qualified personnel including Assistant Manager and Shift Managers
  • Participate in local restaurant marketing and promote Public Safety Foundation initiatives
