Job Requirements
- Desire to grow and succeed in personal and professional development
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and prepare sandwiches
- Display drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility
- 3-5 years experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant or equivalent education
- Valid driver’s license and insurance with adequate driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours and with diverse personalities
- Background check completion and minimum age of 18
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in fast-paced settings

- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
- 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant or equivalent education
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards
- Driving record with valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Duties
- Inspire and support team to provide best service to customers
- Ensure restaurant has adequate capacity by generating weekly schedules
- Maintain inviting and positive family culture using coaching and disciplinary measures
- Oversee ordering and inventory practices to supply sufficient products
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and safety using maintenance and food safety guidelines
- Adapt to support team abilities and knowledge
- Resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns
- Execute marketing plans to build repeat customer visits
- Review profit and loss statements and progress toward goals with District Manager
- Establish positive relationships with customers and coworkers
- Maintain a fun workplace environment
