Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years restaurant management experience
- Degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance required
- Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week with flexibility
- Completion of Next Step Management Development program required
- Certification and recertification through management training program(s) required after hire
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Strong problem solving, decision making, team building and motivational skills
Job Qualifications
- Degree in hospitality, business, or hotel/restaurant management preferred
- Minimum 5 years restaurant management experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements and manage budgets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet usage, and POS systems
- Certification through management training programs required
- Serve Safe Food and/or Serve Safe Alcohol certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Job Duties
- Manage the workforce including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Create a positive workplace environment aligned with company vision, values, and culture
- Lead guest experience initiatives to ensure quality service and personalized attention
- Monitor food handling procedures, safety compliance, and quality control measures
- Manage profitable restaurant operations through budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and labor management
- Oversee facility and equipment maintenance, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards
- Participate in professional development and management training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
