Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of college or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum four years of leadership experience with excellent performance in a Burger King or similar restaurant setting
  • Proficient English language skills
  • Strong math and Windows computer literacy
  • Willingness to complete required internal training certifications
  • Ability to work long or irregular hours including extra shifts
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development capability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of college or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum four years of leadership experience in a restaurant or retail/hospitality industry
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Proficient in math and Windows-based computer applications
  • Completion or willingness to complete internal certification programs including GURU Certified, Foundations Training Certified, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment Training, and HR Compliance Training

Job Duties

  • Leads operations excellence by directing product preparation and restaurant maintenance
  • Motivates and directs team members to exceed customer expectations
  • Provides coaching and feedback to crew and managers on performance and leadership
  • Manages restaurant profit and loss through scheduling, inventory, and financial planning
  • Enforces compliance with government regulations, food safety, and company policies
  • Identifies and resolves operational challenges and equipment issues
  • Implements marketing strategies and community involvement initiatives
