Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of college or equivalent preferred
- Minimum four years of leadership experience with excellent performance in a Burger King or similar restaurant setting
- Proficient English language skills
- Strong math and Windows computer literacy
- Willingness to complete required internal training certifications
- Ability to work long or irregular hours including extra shifts
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of college or equivalent preferred
- Minimum four years of leadership experience in a restaurant or retail/hospitality industry
- Strong English language proficiency
- Proficient in math and Windows-based computer applications
- Completion or willingness to complete internal certification programs including GURU Certified, Foundations Training Certified, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment Training, and HR Compliance Training
Job Duties
- Leads operations excellence by directing product preparation and restaurant maintenance
- Motivates and directs team members to exceed customer expectations
- Provides coaching and feedback to crew and managers on performance and leadership
- Manages restaurant profit and loss through scheduling, inventory, and financial planning
- Enforces compliance with government regulations, food safety, and company policies
- Identifies and resolves operational challenges and equipment issues
- Implements marketing strategies and community involvement initiatives
