Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of valid driver’s license
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs and stand for 8 plus hours
- 2 or more years of management experience preferably in restaurant industry managing a team of 15 or more
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience preferably in the restaurant industry
- Proven leadership skills in managing teams of 15 or more employees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Experience coaching and developing employees
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate restaurant team members
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Train and mentor employees to develop their skills and performance
- Manage inventory and ensure food quality and safety standards
- Interact with customers to provide excellent service and resolve issues
- Monitor labor costs and control expenses
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
