Job Requirements

  • Work flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be available to close store at least once per week
  • Attend corporate meetings and conferences including overnight and travel
  • Maintain valid identification for airline travel
  • Frequent use of computer, telephonic devices, and office supplies
  • Must be able to move continuously throughout store during shift
  • Frequent bending, pushing, reaching, twisting, lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to walk, coordinate, and manipulate objects continuously throughout shift

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant experience
  • Proven success in financial management including sales growth, payroll, and expense control
  • Demonstrated expertise in retail management including inventory control, operational excellence, and merchandising
  • Strong leadership experience in attracting, developing, and motivating talent
  • Ability to adapt and lead through change
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to use good judgment under pressure and be flexible and adaptable

Job Duties

  • Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink goals
  • Drive company profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control
  • Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to maximize productivity and meet sales goals
  • Address issues identified through financial and operational reporting and audits
  • Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to enhance guest experience and sales
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests
  • Maintain prompt attendance and enforce store attendance policies
  • Attract, hire, and retain diverse top talent and manage staffing needs
  • Address policy violations and enforce corrective actions in partnership with management
  • Build an engaged team that embodies the brand through communication and collaboration
  • Foster an inclusive environment encouraging associate growth and engagement
  • Lead manager and associate development through training, feedback, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Promote teamwork by working alongside management and providing clear direction
  • Execute Guest Engagement Leader program to drive business results
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Enforce dress code and scheduling protocols
  • Manage task execution and store workload prioritization
  • Protect company assets by maintaining loss prevention standards and workplace safety
  • Handle inventory control processes and theft reporting
  • Support continuous improvement through initiative adoption and communication
  • Utilize company tools to drive operational improvements
  • Provide feedback to field leadership on business trends and operational challenges
