Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • ServSafe certified
  • Previous restaurant experience is desirable
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Pass background check and drug test
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and rapid changes
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in decision making
  • Open availability to work various shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to listen and understand different viewpoints
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of profit and loss analysis, cash controls, labor analysis, and food cost calculations
  • Problem-solving skills for complex QSR issues
  • Flexibility to work various shifts with open availability
  • Basic computer skills and experience with order processing systems

Job Duties

  • Work the front counter to ensure quality service
  • Check product quality and communicate with customers
  • Train and coach employees on courtesy and complaint handling
  • Conduct team and management meetings for planning and training
  • Develop and maintain sales utilizing local store marketing
  • Monitor utilities, supplies, and cost control
  • Analyze profits and loss statements and implement corrective actions
  • Follow food preparation and serving procedures
  • Control restaurant inventory
  • Develop and post labor schedules
  • Manage restaurant cash control and bank deposits
  • Report accidents and incidents to Risk Management
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and employee appearance
  • Communicate hiring, promotions, and employee changes to District Manager
  • Process payroll and maintain applicant tracking
  • Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain personnel files and required postings
  • Utilize preventive maintenance systems
  • Attend District Manager meetings
  • Complete administrative paperwork
