Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- ServSafe certified
- Previous restaurant experience is desirable
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug test
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and rapid changes
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in decision making
- Open availability to work various shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- ServSafe certification
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to listen and understand different viewpoints
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of profit and loss analysis, cash controls, labor analysis, and food cost calculations
- Problem-solving skills for complex QSR issues
- Flexibility to work various shifts with open availability
- Basic computer skills and experience with order processing systems
Job Duties
- Work the front counter to ensure quality service
- Check product quality and communicate with customers
- Train and coach employees on courtesy and complaint handling
- Conduct team and management meetings for planning and training
- Develop and maintain sales utilizing local store marketing
- Monitor utilities, supplies, and cost control
- Analyze profits and loss statements and implement corrective actions
- Follow food preparation and serving procedures
- Control restaurant inventory
- Develop and post labor schedules
- Manage restaurant cash control and bank deposits
- Report accidents and incidents to Risk Management
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and employee appearance
- Communicate hiring, promotions, and employee changes to District Manager
- Process payroll and maintain applicant tracking
- Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions
- Maintain personnel files and required postings
- Utilize preventive maintenance systems
- Attend District Manager meetings
- Complete administrative paperwork
